Hello, I wanted to check in on Aria's assessment — do you have any update on when the report will be ready? The school is keen to have it in advance of our EHCNA submission to Norfolk County Council.

Hi Mrs Hargreaves, thank you for getting in touch. Dr Nikki Palmer completed the assessment on 28 April and is currently writing up her findings. We expect the final report to be ready by approximately 20 May. You will receive an automatic notification via the portal as soon as it's available to download securely.

That's great, thank you. One question — will the report be formatted in a way that's suitable for inclusion in a formal EHCNA submission to Norfolk County Council?

Hi Mrs Hargreaves — yes, absolutely. The report will meet all statutory requirements for an EP report within an EHCNA, including the sections required by the SEND Code of Practice 2015. It will be comprehensive and written to a format that Norfolk County Council will accept. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need anything else in the meantime.
